Once again Ace Radio has been awarded number one position at the Internet Radio Awards.

Personally I  put this down to the fantastic team of presenters we have here who all work as if we’re one big family and always for the good of the station.    Also we have a very diverse skill mix of abilities here outside of presenting too where our people all have something unique to offer to the station in addition to their programmes.

I would like to personally thank everyone involved in the station for all their dedicated hard work and support and hope that this award will be a pat on the back for us all.

Well done guys and gals and I hope you take a lot of pride in what we have all achieved here as it wouldn’t have happened without every one of us.

Also I would like to thank the dedicated bunch of listeners too who tune in and chat in our chat room.  Without you Ace Radio wouldn’t have built up the great and diverse community that it has done.

This latest award just goes to show that because of all the fantastic personalities here on the station…. Ace Radio really is ACE.

One of Ace Radio’s favourite independent artists has entered a clip of herself performing on Romanian Television chanel Antena 1 on a website called

‘Show Me TV’

in a competition to win a cash prize of €3,000.

I personally watched this performance live as it was broadcast but now you can see it too by visiting  the web site Show Me TV.

Prefereably with some broadcast experience either on Hospital, Community or Internet Radio.

Ace Radio has been awarded 1st place in the ‘Adult Contemporary’ category of the Internet Radio Awards.

Thank you to all the staff, listeners and supporters of Ace Radio for making us the success we are. Especially the dedication of our talented bunch of presenters and the support of our great community here.

The station has gone from strength to strength since we started broadcasting just over a year ago and I know we will continue to grow both in quality and popularity.

Thank you to everyone involved in making us such a huge success story.
